I love food and cooking and baking, (and eating!!). It’s therapeutic and calming and brings people together like nothing else. It’s a true creative outlet for me. So because of this love, I begged Ryan to make me some menu planning sheets (with Mango Ink style of course). I love them so much I am sharing them with you for free!

As a side note, in our house, we are in love with Michael Pollan. “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”. You must read this book – it has completely changed how we eat. But brace yourself, you will need these planning sheets to cook real food because buying prepackaged foods will not work for you anymore.
