We dream of textures, colors, verbiage… yeah we're weird like that - because all of it sets the tone for the celebration - your celebration - it's announcing.

Mango Ink offers design options for a wide range of stationery from wedding invitation suites to day-of materials like programs & menus.
We offer semi-custom designs as well as full custom designs that allow for you to collaborate with the Mango Ink team to create something unique!

The semi-Custom Process
A semi-custom design is one that we have pre-designed for you with so many options to change it completely to be yours. When you select a semi-custom design, this means the “bones” stays as designed with the only customization being the lettering/fonts or suite colors. Of course any add on elements will make it so unique.
The Custom Process
Custom designs are a way for you to collaborate with us and create a one-of-a-kind suite for your wedding. Starting from scratch, we will dig deep into you both as a couple and design something no one has ever seen. Just for you.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
step 1- Let's meet
First, fill out the inquiry form and then the process begins!
After we receive your inquiry, we will be in touch within 1-2 business days to schedule a phone call, in person meeting, or video chat depending on what makes the most sense for you and your schedule. During this meeting we'll cover all of the details - from what you can expect when we work together to your overall vision for your wedding day and stationery preferences.
Please note we accept a limited number of custom clients per quarter.
step 2- proposal and booking
Once we've chatted, we will put together a proposal for you based on the vision we've discussed for your wedding paper.
If everything looks perfect, we will send you a design timeline and a kick off form. And you are officially a part of our family!
Our clients tell us this is their favorite part of wedding planning! When your assigned design date comes up in our design calendar, the fun begins!
(NOTE: this same process happens for your save the dates and day of signage if needed).
step 3- perfecting the vision
We'll refine the design through up to three rounds of edits and work with you until you are in love!
We will send proofs for each part of your wedding invitation suite needed, and you let us know any changes along the way. We work really hard to use mock up templates that give you a gorgeous realistic view of what everything will look like. Seeing all the pieces of your suite together really is magical.
step 4- proofs approved
Once everything is approved, we are so excited! We will send you a final approval form to complete and then production begins.
step 5- Production
It's time to bring everything to life! We allow for 4 weeks for production. From design approval to getting everything printed and in your hands ready to send to your favorite people. Our wedding letterpress stationery is created in our studio,
on our Chandler and Price 1895 press and our new 1962 Heidelburg press. We love printing your gorgeous design.
step 6- Finishing Touches
After production is complete and your wedding invitations are brought to life, we'll carefully pack up your invitations for shipment.
We're also here to help with postage selection. Modern (the good ol’ USPS) and sourced vintage stamps if you prefer.
We also offer invitation assembly (stuffing, stamping, sealing, tying, folding, etc.). We'll even take care of mailing your invitations for you and send you the extras and your surprise keepsake. :)
Your guests are going to be so excited to receive your invitaitons that are "so you". We cannot wait!

step 7- your wedding day
For our wedding invitation clients, we automatically reserve a spot in our design calendar for your Day Of design. We love love love Day Of stationery. This is where it all comes together. Your wedding suite design carried over to your “day of” custom drink stirrers, cocktail napkins, signage, menus, seating charts, table numbers, or programs, is our favorite.
For our couples who want it all, we're happy to help design and execute everything from the welcome bags to the thoughtful end of night gift they'll take home with them at the end of this magical event.

DESIGN
What does the starting cost include?
We will send you a quote based on what you selected on the form. You can add additional items such as envelope addressing, maps and accommodation cards when filling out the form in your desired suite.
Can I change the color on the invitations you have listed in your shop?
Yes! All color on fonts, lettering and text is customizable.
Will I see a proof of my invitation?
Of course! The information (how many rounds, timing, etc.) will be provided after your initial inquiry. We only provide a digital proof and are not able to provide hard copies at this time (unless arranged for a special circumstance).
Do you have different hand-lettering styles?
We currently work with Kendra at Crimson Calligraphy, utilizing her many styles. This option is available for anything you need for your wedding day. We also have many gorgeous fonts that we love. We can do so much to express you as a couple through typography. It’s so fun!
PRINTING
How does printing work?
In the Semi-Custom Suite listings, you will see several options. We offer digital printing, letterpress (on our own 1895 Chandler & Price Press and 1962 Heidelberg), vellum, acrylic, and even metal. Let us know the preferred printing method and we will send you a quote.
For Custom suites, we offer all types of printing and will prepare a custom quote after we have enough information from you about your design.
Do you offer envelope printing?
YES! We love digital printing best! Matching fonts and the style of the contents of your wedding invitation suite. If you just must have calligraphy for your invitations, we will help find a calligrapher for you. You tell us what you want and we can make it happen.
OTHER
How long does this process take?
Lead-times for suites will vary greatly depending on the amount of custom elements, your quantity, the printing method and if you have added on envelope addressing. For a standard digitally printed suite, you can expect a lead-time of 2-3 weeks. For something more complicated, letterpress for example, lead-times range at about 4-6 weeks.
Are envelopes included?
Yes! All pricing in our semi-custom listings includes a digitally printed return address printed outer and reply envelopes. You can add letterpress printing, guest addressing or calligraphy for an additional charge.
