- Communications — messages you send through our contact and inquiry forms
- Style preferences — responses from our style quiz and design consultations

- Supabase — database hosting for wedding websites and guest information
- Resend — transactional email delivery for guest communications

- Netlify — website hosting
These services have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.
Wedding Website & Guest Data
When you create a wedding website with us, you may upload guest names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and RSVP responses. This data is:
- Stored securely in our database and used solely for your wedding website
- Accessible only to you (the couple) and authorized Mango Ink administrators
- Never shared with other couples, third parties, or used for marketing
- Available for deletion upon your request after your event
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill our obligations. Wedding website data is retained for up to 12 months after your event date unless you request earlier deletion. Order records and invoices may be retained longer for accounting and legal purposes.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information and wedding website data
- Export your guest list and RSVP data

Cookies
