Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

Mango Ink Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mangoink.com and its subdomains. These terms apply when you order holiday cards or stationery from our shop, book a wedding suite, day of stationery, personal stationery or custom work with us, or use our wedding website platform. If you sign an agreement with us for your project, that agreement governs your project, and these terms cover everything else.

Proofs and approval

We send digital proofs for your review before anything is printed, and nothing is finalized until you give your approval. Shoppable wedding suites include two rounds of revisions; semi custom and fully custom wedding projects, holiday cards and personal stationery include up to three. Additional revisions beyond your included rounds are $25 per round.

Please review every proof carefully, ideally with a second person. This includes names, dates, wording, and every guest and return address. We print exactly what you approve, and we are not responsible for spelling errors, wording mistakes, or factual inaccuracies in content you provide or approve.

Ordering extras

We recommend ordering a few extra pieces with your original order. Adding more later requires a new print run, which costs more per piece than ordering them up front.

Holiday cards

Holiday cards come in two sizes: The Cute (5x7) and The Flex (5.5x8.5). Every card includes a white square flap envelope. Colored envelopes, envelope liners, wax seals, foil, letterpress, and guest and return address printing are available as add ons. Lined envelopes are euro flap.

The colorways shown on our site are design ideas. Your envelope color is chosen separately. Foil and letterpress are offered on card fronts only, and letterpress is printed in one ink color per card. Every card back is designed for you.

If you send us photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they are high enough resolution to print well. We’ll let you know if a photo may not print clearly, but final photo quality depends on the file you provide.

Personal stationery

Personal stationery is designed and printed to order for you. Changes to a reorder count as a new proof.

Colors and materials

Colors on screen vary by device, so printed ink, foil and paper may look slightly different in person. Letterpress and other hand finished pieces may show small variations from piece to piece. That’s the nature of the craft and not considered a defect.

Payment

For wedding suites ordered from our shop, a $500 deposit is due at checkout. For other wedding orders, 50% of the total is due to begin. The balance is due before printing. You’re welcome to pay in full at any time. Holiday cards, personal stationery and calendars from our shop are paid in full at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and checks.

Returns

Because every order is printed for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives misprinted on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll reprint the affected pieces.

Cancellations and refunds

We do not offer refunds on printed items. If you cancel before your project is complete, all payments made to date are non refundable. Holiday card and stationery orders can’t be cancelled once your proof is approved and your order is in production.

If you’re ever not satisfied with the final product, we’ll have a conversation and work with you to make it right.

Timelines and rush orders

Timelines depend on getting wording, details, guest lists and approvals from you on time. Delays in content or approvals may move your timeline or add rescheduling fees. We do our best with rush timelines; rush fees vary depending on the scope of the project and our current workload, and we’ll let you know what’s possible and what the additional cost looks like.

Shipping

We ship within the US, Canada and internationally. Holiday cards ship free by ground within the US. For other orders, shipping is chosen and paid at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Mango Ink is not responsible for lost packages, or for damage or delays, once an order leaves our studio.

Design ownership and use

Unless you purchase the rights, Mango Ink retains all copyrights in the designs we create, including wedding suites, holiday cards and stationery. You may use your finished pieces for their intended purpose. Designs may not be reproduced or repurposed for other items without our written permission.

We may photograph, display and share completed work in our portfolio, on social media and in marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing when you book or order.

Wedding websites

Wedding websites stay up for 90 days after the wedding. Refunds are not available after the site has been built. We do not share guest data, and it is all kept private.

Our website helper

The “?” on our website answers questions from the information on this site. Its prices are rough estimates, not quotes. Your proposal, invoice or agreement is what counts.

Limit of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order or project will not exceed the total you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
